Shaún Brown

Reflexologist and Indian head massage specialist
Shaún is a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists 
Shaún focuses on the link between mind, body and soul to treat a wide range of ailments. Through reflexology, she encourages general health and well-being from head to toe. Shaún's particular interest is in the treatment of women's health.

Penny is an experienced and empathetic Dietician who can help with a range of conditions. She has recently completed the specialist 'FODMAP' training for helping IBS sufferers, and also has wide experience in Coeliac and Crohn's disease, gut allergy, diabetes and weight management. She has a passion for making healthy food accessible and is the author of 'Top 100 Omega 3 recipes', 'The Quinoa Cookbook', and 'The Easy Fasting Diet Cookbook'. Currently she is working on a 'Low FODMAP Cookbook'.

Leena has over 20 years' experience and a BSc(Hons) in Podiatry from the University of Southampton. She takes referrals from BUPA registered Consultants and can directly refer patients to Consultants. Leena's special interests are working with people with diabetes and with people with different requirements, and in nail surgery.

Kelly uses gentle osteopathic techniques to realign your body, relieve pain and assist rapid healing.
Cranial osteopathy is especially suitable for babies and small children.
Kelly is a mother of three who enjoys being outdoors in the wilderness and who likes to encourage others to participate in The Great Outdoors. Prior to qualifying as an Osteopath Kelly worked as a Garden Designer and Landscape Architect who enjoyed nothing more than getting her hands dirty to make clients' dreams reality. A passion for all things natural has taken Kelly from organic vegetable plots to exhibiting at The Chelsea Flower Show. Nowadays her hands are cleaner, but are still used creatively to find and maintain health within her patients.
Kelly is a highly competent osteopath whose special interests include Cranial Osteopathy, Bio-Dynamics in the cranial field and Paediatrics. A keen interest in Womens Health has encouraged her to embark on a further two year training programme specialising in Womens Health in Osteopathy, covering all major milestones such as puberty, fertility, pregnancy and menopause.

Julie Boyd

After a career as an accountant and having her three children Julie decided to retrain as an Osteopath and Naturopath. Having previously studied human biology, Osteopathy re-ignited her fascination with how the body works. 
Julie is passionate about health and well-being and feels we have a responsibility to look after our body through nutrition and exercise, regularly participating in exercise classes herself. For when things aren’t quite right Osteopathy is an excellent way of facilitating the body’s natural ability to heal itself. 
Julie treats using both traditional Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathy. She enjoys treating patients of all ages but is currently undertaking further qualifications in specialist paediatric osteopathy.

Jason Maxwell

Jason is a Sports Massage Therapist, a Holistic Massage Therapist a Hypnotherapist, and an Applied EFT practitioner.
As a massage therapist, Jason uses a wide range of massage and manipulation techniques to relieve pain, stiffness and tiredness in muscles and joints to aid rapid healing and fitness throughout your whole body. Some people come to Jason to find help with injury or dysfunction, some to prepare or aid with sporting activities, and some just come for a first class and deeply relaxing massage.
Jason is a father of 3 small children and enjoys regular walks in the countryside and being close to nature whenever possible.
He is also is a keen martial artist, who has been practising Bagua for over 20 years, and also holds black belt degrees in karate and Tang Soo Do. Before becoming a massage therapist Jason was a teacher and behaviour therapist working in mainstream schools with young people. His love of Martial arts and a strong desire to understand human anatomy lead him into the field of Massage.
Jason works with people from a wide range of backgrounds and always tries to support his clients with strong after care advice, alongside the musculoskeletal and manipulation work he carries out through Sports Massage, Holistic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.

Luke McCarthy

Luke has a first class honours degree in Podiatric Medicine from the University of Northampton. He has a keen interest in biomechanics and diabetes, with eight years’ experience in manufacturing bespoke insoles and relieving lower limb pain. Luke also has extensive experience as a specialist ski-boot technician. He has been the England ski team's slalom specialist for five years. With international competitive experience, Luke is now a sponsored freestyle skier.
